Timezones divide the world into regions that observe the same standard time. This tool uses the browser's Intl.DateTimeFormat API to accurately convert between timezones, including daylight saving time adjustments.
UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is the primary time standard by which the world regulates clocks. Most timezones are defined as offsets from UTC.
